“I had a very disappointing experience with this studio. The customer service was terrible, with staff showing little to no interest in assisting us or addressing our concerns. The ambience was poor, far from what you’d expect in a professional photo studio. The photographs we received were not worth the high rates they charge. To make matters worse, the photographer seemed unprofessional, lacking the skill and creativity you'd expect for the price. I would not recommend this studio to anyone looking for quality service or value for their money.”

“I had a very disappointing experience today with this studio. I took a photo with them and the pose was not proper. The photographer seemed lazy and had a high attitude. Typically, photographers take multiple photos to ensure the best shot is selected. However, this photographer only took one photo, which was not in a good pose. He did not show me the photo or provide a print preview before printing. It seems like they are only interested in money and not customer satisfaction. However, I didn't waste my time for arguments.I threw the photos in the garbage and take new ones from another studio.”

“I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent phone interaction. When someone calls, especially on an office phone, they expect a polite and professional greeting. For example, a greeting like "Hello, good morning. Art Photo Studio, how can I help you?" or at the very least, "Hi, good morning," would be appropriate. However, when I called, instead of a proper greeting, I was met with a sound like "mmhmm" instead of "hello." When I asked if I had reached Art Studio, the response was again "hmm." I suggest improving your customer service to ensure a more professional and welcoming experience for callers.”
