“One of the best play areas for kids and for parents! Great team, friendly and accommodating and definitely very responsive. We usually come here a fair amount and this year we decided to have our son's birthday there - it was an absolute success and a lovely time. The set up was great and more importantly the team really knew how to work with the kids, it was pleasant and it seemed like everyone had a great time. If you are looking for a casual weekend outing or throwing a kids party, come here!”

“Absolutely the worst experience at Jump n Fun. The play area itself is fine, but the staff ruined everything with their rude and discriminatory behavior. I requested multiple times for my 11-month-old to be allowed in, but they outright refused me. To my shock, once I entered with my toddler, I saw a nanny inside nursing two infants, only about 6 months old. I even confirmed their ages directly. When I pointed this out to the staff, instead of admitting their mistake or offering an apology, they tried to cover it up. This was not only unfair but also showed clear favoritism and racism in their treatment. Very disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values respect and fair treatment.”
