“I’m a working professional, joined for the Piano course at SymphonyMLC in July 2020. I could complete Grade 5 exam of Trinity College London in March 2021 with distinction. It’s a really a professional place and I like Symphony because they have only one to one training for all students. All Teachers are passionate and very supportive. I strongly recommend this place for those who want to learn music seriously.”

“Symphony Music learning centre is a disaster. very unprofessional people starting from the Manager "SAM" who don't know how to speak to customers. I felt the whole team is having an attitude issue. They are not there to train and improve the students, it's business. I suggest parents should skip this center if they really need there ward to learn music and improve in life. My personal experience - My Daughter had gone to this center for 11 months. Initially they gave practice sessions, some new development in the month of November 2018 ,suddenly they stopped giving practice sessions; I met the manager "SAM" he was literally shouting at me and abusing me and stating that i am wrong. eventually that day i decided this is not the place for my Daughter. I request all the parents to reconsider your decision to send anyone to this Music center. Almost every alternate month there would be a change in tutor, as the Manager should be mistreating them. They charge 3 times of the actual rate in the market. Highly unprofessional rude bunch of people. All the Higher ratings are given by people who are not related to Music or Manager's friend's and relatives. please don't fall into the hands of fake people, it is your money, please invest wisely.”

“Did not have a good experience. Not professional at all. Beware All out to grab your money. Sam needs to learn how to interact with customers. He is rude and has don't care attitude. My 2 kids attended the piano classes for 2 years. I felt I wasted my hard earned money. Did not learn anything At some point when the instructor were not present, the receptionist used to take class. Ridiculous isn't it. Your feedback will be taken as a offence. Lots to say. I changed to private tutor and they are progressing very well.”

“My son Jeff John joined in Symphony Music Learning Center in 2013 for Singing and Piano, he was just turning 5 at that time. Still he’s continuing with Symphonymlc and now he’s preparing for Grade 6 exam of the Trinity College London. The classes here are well conducted, friendly staff and teachers who are dedicated and specialized in music teaching. Also Jeff loves to perform on stage, Symphony provides a great opportunity that every student can showcase their talents and progress to their parents and friends every week. I recommend Symphonymlc for everyone who is looking for quality, enjoyable and personalized music lessons.”
