“Concerning Experience with Admin - Ms. Rania I want to share my experience with Ms. Rania, the swimming admin. During an emergency situation, I found the communication to be severely lacking. Calls/texts were not returned promptly, and there was no clear guidance when it was needed most. In my interactions, I also found her tone to be dismissive and unhelpful. Issues I raised were met with a laid-back attitude that isn't professional in any way. As a parent, I expect proactive communication and professionalism from the admin staff. Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of that standard. I hope the management addresses these concerns so other families don’t face the same issues.”

“I really liked this place overall—the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, and the environment is generally positive. While it can get a bit busy at times, that’s completely understandable and not a major issue. The main concern I’d like to share is how beginners, especially kids with no prior swimming experience, are introduced to the water. From what we observed, the approach of having them immediately jump into the deep end every class to overcome fear may not work for every child. Since all kids learn differently, a gentler, step-by-step introduction to the water could help build confidence more effectively. Unfortunately, my daughter had a difficult experience with this method. She was asked to jump in and swim to safety unassisted before she felt ready, which left her frightened and discouraged after swallowing water. Although the coach was nearby, the experience was overwhelming for her and created a lasting fear of swimming. I believe the academy could make a big difference by offering a more gradual approach for hesitant beginners. This would ensure that children feel safe and supported from the start, making swimming a more enjoyable and confidence-building experience.”

“This is one of the best training center .. captain Mustafa, coach macdee , coach Mahmood, coach kath and coach rose they train my kids and my kids have learned swimming in a very short time thank you”

“Coach Kath is awesome. Her Coaching experience, technique and Patience has helped me to overcome my fear of the water (deep end). Modern swim Academy’s affordable rates are another plus. I’m definitely sticking with them & Coach Kath.”

“Coach Kath is a fantastic Coach! She has been coaching my two little girls for a while .I love her patience with my Daughters. She is highly professional and takes time to give feedback on what skills she is working to perfect with the kids, additionally she identifies the goals for each child to achieve within a reasonable timeframe. Best of all ,my girls look forward to their swim class. Thank you also to Ms. Abbie who handles the Registration and Admin section,she is also very professional and promptly replies messages. Thank you Coach Kath, Ms. Abbie and all the lovely and friendly staff at Morden Swim Acadwmy!”
