“The guys are really rigid. My daughter could not take more than half classes due to injury in the left leg. I requested them to compensate the 5 classes instead of 20 missed classes. But the lady on the reception has given me policies draft and did not considered. I would never consider them again”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this ballet Melodically music academy in silicon mall for kids. My 4-year-old daughter was interested in trying a class to see if she would enjoy it before committing to a full package. I politely requested to pay for just one trial class first, which I believe is a very reasonable request for such a young child. Unfortunately, the staff refused and handled the situation in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Their attitude was impolite, dismissive, and lacking basic customer care. The way they spoke and treated us upset my daughter to the point that she started crying, which was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a place that works with children. Parents should feel welcomed and supported when introducing their children to a new activity, not pressured into paying for multiple classes immediately. I hope the management improves their customer service and learns how to communicate respectfully with families and young children. Never again”

“My son recently started his music lessons at Melodica Music, and as a parent it has been truly heartwarming to see his progress. After only a few sessions, he has already developed a strong interest in music and looks forward to every class with excitement. What I appreciate most is the way his teacher approach. She really take time to understand each child’s personality and interests. The one-on-one coaching makes a big difference because the teacher can focus on the child’s pace and learning style. Because of this, my son feels encouraged, confident, and motivated to keep improving. Seeing him become more passionate about music every week has been a wonderful experience for us as parents. We are very grateful to the team for creating such a supportive and inspiring environment for kids to learn and grow. A special thanks to JJ’s music teacher, who truly understands his enthusiasm for music. Her patience and encouragement have helped nurture his confidence and love for learning music. ❤️”
