“Unfortunately, my daughter had the worst experience at this academy. There are 2 ice skating academies in the Sports Society. The distance between them is less than 100 m!! The charge is AED 179 for 30 min here meanwhile the price is AED 150 for 30min in EMIRATES ACADEMY and the coaches are more professional as well. (As well as The Emirates Academy also has a trial session for only AED 105) Yesterday for the first time, my daughter had a booking at 3:45pm. We reached there at 3:45 pm (a bit late because she had to change and put on her shoes ). So according to the situation, I asked the receptionist if she would still have 30 minutes for the session, and he said yes!!!! But unfortunately, the coach (Michael ) left the rink at 4:15pm!!!!! They charged us AED179 just for 20 min!!!!! It was the first and the last time that I went there. I am so sorry for sharing the bad experience with the FIRST SKATING ACADEMY. Hope it will be helpful.”
