Total disputed: AED 214,116.14 Facts and timeline • On the dates above, I paid Ultra Sports for services as per the attached invoices can be sent. • Ultra Sports confirmed the bookings and accepted payment via the referenced transactions (bank/card receipts attached). • After payment, Ultra Sports failed to provide the promised services. • I repeatedly requested delivery or refund by email/phone between insert earliest contact date and insert last contact date, but Ultra Sports refused or ignored these requests. • Attempts to escalate through their customer support resulted in being blocked (calls/messages/emails unanswered). • Refund requests were explicitly denied by Ultra Sports on insert date(s), if available. • I have attached all evidence (invoices, payment receipts, email/chat logs, screenshots showing blocking/refusal). Relief sought
I request that the Dubai Consumer Protection Department / Consumer Court: 1. Investigate Ultra Sports for breach of contract and unfair commercial practice. 2. Order Ultra Sports to refund the total disputed amount of AED 214,116.14 plus any applicable interest or penalties. 3. Award compensation for any additional proven losses and processing/legal fees. 4. Impose administrative penalties if violations of UAE consumer protection laws are found. 5. Provide guidance on enforcement if the company resists compliance. Declaration

“My son started playing with them when he was 2 and now both him (now almost 8y/o) and his sister train with them and love the sessions. They are patient but assertive with the kids, creative so that they don’t get bored, and they make sure they offer sessions at enough venues to make it easy for parents. Their prices are fair and the coaches love what they do. Would definitely recommend!”

“I am absolutely delighted with Ultra Sports Academy and the fantastic football training they provide children My son has been attending their sessions for a few months now, and I can't say enough good things about them. First and foremost, the coaches are exceptional - they are not only skilled and knowledgeable in the game but also incredibly friendly and approachable. They create a warm and encouraging environment that fosters growth and development in every child. I've witnessed firsthand how they treat each child with respect and patience, allowing them to build confidence and reach their full potential. The progress my son has made in such a short period has been truly remarkable. His dribbling, passing, and shooting skills have improved significantly, and I attribute it all to the dedicated coaching he receives at Ultra Sports Academy. It's evident that the coaches genuinely care about the kids and are invested in their success on and off the field. Moreover, I must mention that this academy provides excellent value for money. “The Ultra Sports coaches have been amazing with my 6 year old daughter. She initially wasn’t sure if she wanted to ‘play’ football but after her trial class she was desperate to go back! She looks forward to her class every week as she has so much fun! She has come on so much in her first term with Ultra Sports! I cannot recommend them enough!”
