They have group and private classes, currently I am taking private one to one classes with Coach Ahmad, who is the best coach in this facility and his level of commitment with student is amazing. He will push you to the limits at the sametime help you to achieve your goals in kickboxing and fitness. Highly recommended for your kids , yourself and for your friends. “Worst experience for my child the coaches told my son to get out because he took too long to wear his shin pads unbelievable never send you’re kids here coaches are also abusive to kids”
