“I am writing to document our profoundly disappointing experience with Sylvan's English program. We enrolled for a writing, grammar, and vocabulary course, only to encounter a cascade of broken promises and unprofessional service. This institute presents a polished image that is entirely false. Our experience resulted in a significant financial loss for a service that was never delivered. I strongly urge all parents to avoid Sylvan. Do not be misled by their initial offers. We have learned the hard way that they are untrustworthy and do not stand behind their promises.”

“My daughter has been attending their tutoring sessions, she used to struggle A LOT with reading and writing. Now she has improved and looks forward to reading and keeps leaving me handwritten notes at home. Her grades went up and have been better since she started with Sylvan Learning, she’s way more confident and we are planning to enroll her younger sister when she starts Year 1. 100% recommended!”

“The coding course was well-organized, clear, and easy to follow. The instructor was very knowledgeable with excellent Communication skills with my kids. Furthermore; the center environment it's really excellent, they teach with love and fun which is building a positive relationship with them. In Addition, the location is just amazing.”

“I recently had my child enrolled in Sylvan Learning center at Galeria Mall Al Barsha and I am glad that I made the right decision. The instructors at the center are very knowledgeable and have been supportive during the entire learning experience. They take their time guiding the students and explaining concepts to ensure that the students understand. The center also provides students with an online platform to practice their skills and it has proven to be very effective. The facility itself is well maintained and clean, and it provides a good atmosphere for learning. Overall, the experience at Sylvan Learning has been nothing but positive.
