“I had a disappointing experience with this basketball school. The communication via WhatsApp was unprofessional and lacked empathy. When I reached out with questions and concerns, the responses were curt and dismissive, which made me feel unheard as a parent/customer. Additionally, the coaching style was overly harsh. While I understand that discipline and structure are important in sports, the coach's approach came across as unnecessarily tough and discouraging for young players. I had hoped for a supportive and motivating environment, but unfortunately, this did not meet our expectations. I’m sharing this so others are aware and can ask the right questions before signing up.”

“My daughter has been attending Star Basketball Academy for the past few months and she absolutely loves it! The coach is fantastic - he's really funny and engaging, which makes the training sessions a lot of fun. His coaching style is great and she's been learning a lot of new skills. I really hope they are able to offer classes at the location that is closer to our house soon. That would make it much more convenient for us. But even with the longer drive, it's been worth it to see how much my daughter is enjoying her time there. Overall, I'd highly recommend Star Basketball Academy to any families looking for a great basketball program for their kids. The coaches are top-notch and it's been a wonderful experience so far.”

“Sending my son to Star Basketball Academy has been one of the best decisions we've made for his athletic development. Under the guidance of Coach AJ, my son has not only improved his skills on the court but has also grown in confidence and discipline( which this is one of the main things we been looking for in first place),Coach AJ's dedication and expertise are truly commendable; he has a knack for bringing out the best in each player, tailoring his approach to their individual needs. His passion for the game is infectious, and his coaching style strikes the perfect balance between challenge and encouragement. I couldn't be happier with the progress my son has made, and I wholeheartedly recommend Star Basketball Academy to any young athlete looking to excel in the sport. “The best basketball academy ever to be found. Ive only been player for 4 months and im already really good the coaches are amazing they have a really good teaching method and they have good quality balls and hoops. They also built a really good team . my coach AJ is one on the best coaches i have ever seen i changed so many academies and so far this is my favorite.”
