“first of all, when i try communicating with the staff they just ignore me. and im 100% sure they can hear me. i need to wait 20 minutes for someone to answer me. the customer service is bellow zero. this isnt the first time im ignored in sharjah ladies club. i understand that im not allowed to go inside with my swimming clothes, but ive been waiting for someone to come take my order for 30minutes after they told me to wait outside and that theyll be there in a minute. its unacceptable to leave a customer waiting for 30+ minutes. i never was treated this way in dubai ladies club and i expected the same here.”

“Absolutely terrible experience. The service at Sharjah Ladies Club was shockingly bad from start to finish. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. Every time I tried to ask a question or raise a concern, I was either ignored or met with an attitude. What was most frustrating was that no one seemed willing to listen. Customer feedback appears to mean nothing here, and there was a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. For a place that claims to offer a premium experience, the level of customer service is unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly shocked by how poorly customers are treated. Management seriously needs to address the staff’s behavior and the overall customer service culture. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.”

“The service was horrible by both the beach workers and the restaurant staff. Over 1 hour waiting in line because they were inefficient and were extremely dismissive and rude. Literally several girls have fainted, is this not bizarre to you!!! when we got to the front of the line and wanted to pay, they didn’t even smile at us and then mockingly asked us why’re you sad. Then when we wanted to order food the worker told us to wait a minute and we waited for a long even though she came back immediately. Her name is Patricia. She completely ignored us and asked her coworker to take the girls behind us’ order even though we were standing infront of her. When we asked her how long will it take to serve us she did not even make eye contact. I asked her if it was a requirement to have a bad attitude towards us and she said yes madam? Is this the kind of people you want working at your establishment? I will never come back here again and I will make sure I inform the people I know about the horrible experience we had.”
