“My experience with Profit was extremely disappointing. I confirmed my booking a day in advance and reconfirmed it again on the day of the appointment before heading out. I live about 35 minutes away from their location, so it was quite a drive. When I arrived, the coach didn’t show up at all. I tried to contact the company, but they didn’t respond. The coach they assigned only spoke Russian and no English, which made communication impossible. Even the reception at the pool tried calling them, and there was no resolution. This company is completely unprofessional and does not respect their clients’ time.””
