“Good institute for OET exam; however, I had a bad experience from them. I was booked my exam on May and I have joined for OET class for 10 hours followed a mail from polyskills, unfortunately I have cancelled the exam due to some personal issues. Soon after I contacted them to ask for refund but they told they don't have any refund policy; moreover, I can reschedule or else I should refer a friend of mine. My plan was attending the exam on September; therefore, I rescheduled. Once I booked for the exam I approached them for the classes, they informed me that they will arrange classes. I have been waiting for their reply for the class; however, I didn't received any proper reply and last moment they told now they are not conducting any classes for the candidates. BY gods and my ancestors blessing I cracked my OET. However, I should say that I passed the exam with my effort so they have to take the responsibility to refund the money but sadly they have the same answer which told first time and I think I lost my money. Bad institute”

“I did exam here. The invigilator(Filipino)distracted while examining by making sound plastic covers.she wanted her duty finished(packing previous Q) that should be done away from the candidate not near .during Reading test we have to concentration. Especially it was tough material. Please don’t do this kind of activity again.Part A spoiled because of her activity.I wanted to tell at that moment, but I am afraid.I throat it will affect my result.Bad center.”

“Today 9th April 2022 I attended my OET test just in polyskill institution in Dubai ,I would like to share my sincere thanks to Ms Nicole and very helpful team for performing OET exam in such clean ,calm and friendly atmosphere .I felt so welcome here, On arrival the lady in reception was so helpful guide me for registration and vanished my stress my concern was about listeing part however with strong headphone and quite room ,I could easily answer this part . On speaking Part my examiner was so helpful and It made it easy and smooth .regarding the exam room it was open space and very bright and specious. I strongly recommend this center for OET exam . “I would highly recommend Polyskills Institute Dubai for CELTA course. They have extremely professional approach the way they deal the students. The manager of the institute; Nicole is very supportive in any matter and her calm nature helps us to dwell through the course very easily. The faculties are highly skilled and learned, which helps us to complete the course very easily and efficiently.
