“If you’re considering enrolling at Knowledge Planet, think twice. This place feels less like an educational institute and more like a carefully packaged money trap. The teaching quality is very poor; concepts are rushed or poorly explained, leaving students more confused than before. The teachers are heavily underqualified. The real issue, though, is the environment. The centre management creates a discouraging atmosphere where students are often spoken to in a way that undermines their confidence rather than builds it. Instead of addressing concerns, there’s a tendency to dismiss complaints or deflect responsibility, and when questioned, the response feels more like damage control than taking accountability. Even after escalating issues to higher authorities, nothing seems to change, which says a lot about how seriously student feedback is taken. Overall, this institute seems more focused on collecting fees than on delivering quality education. If you value your child’s learning and academic performance, you might want to look elsewhere.”
