“We have three boys and truly appreciate and love Coach Tommy & his team. He masters true leadership and sportsmanship to the highest level. We have a younger shy child who is very talented but needed to come out of his “shell” and coach Tommy has been an incredibly kind, caring and thoughtful coach in supporting him find his own way! We have tried and tested leading U6/67football clubs but NXTGen stands out by far and we feel the boys all excel in their own pace and get their own prescribed development path as not one solution fits all- Coach Tommy & team take their time and truly bring out the best in our children. We don’t have girls but also see him empower talented girls players in the team - We are excited every week to see children excel! Hope this helps a mom/dad!”

“We’ve had a wonderful experience with Next Gen. Artie started off in the winter camp which took a lot of encouragement to get him to sign up for and within a few days he was begging me to sign him up for the academy, I believe that’s all down to the coach ‘Tommy’ and how much he puts into each child, he meets each kid at their level, identifies their skills and growth areas and talks to them straight and works with them with honesty and integrity. He’s done a great job in a short time to build a team spirit among the boys that combined with skill and effort has made them be as successful as they have been. I highly recommend Next Gen and Tommy! Highlight of my week is watching Artie play or seeing the team play at practice, brings so much smiles and so much joy. Lastly I’ve seen a big change in Arties skillset around football and his continued understanding as well as his confidence which I’m so pleased about mostly! Thanks Tommy ⭐️”
