“Not a great venue for Badminton. Height is not sufficient for Badminton. There are exposed AC ducts at the top, thus shuttles can get lost, and we did lose one today. Lights are ok, overall slightly less, but can still get in th eyes when hitting high shots. Other folks were playing Basketball, thus a lot of noise. And then the basketball players and coaches are I guess tired and walking casually through our courts while the game is in play, disrupting the game. Surprisingly the basketball coming to our court was not a major issue, happened only thrice in a 2 hour time frame. AC is fine. Court quality is ok. Fewer lines than most courts in schools, so that's good. I have played only once. Didn't see any reviews for Badminton when I was booking it, thus thought to share the review about Badminton experience specifically, so that others who plan to play know the pros and cons. Not bad overall, but I wouldn't play, unless there was no other option. Main issue was noise.”View on Google

“I have been requesting them for a refund since August, extremely unprofessional. Changed the venue from DIA to their own outlet in Al Qouz which does not suit us and now they refuse to refund me back . They took 10 weeks to get the uniform to us. Very very poor servicing. It's reached a point where they dont message back or answer the calls now.”View on Google

“I have booked a few times here especially for the early morning sessions. Overall an average facility. The roof height is definitely an issue for badminton players. The courts definitely need regular floorcleaning due to it being frequently used by basketball players. I have personally cleaned the court myself as I have been regularly disappointed by the upkeep. I hope the situation improves.”View on Google

“We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this basketball academy. We re-enrolled our son back in December, paid the full amount, and were told that the program would start soon. Instead, we’ve been given excuse after excuse with no clear reason for the constant delays. We followed up dozens of times by phone and messages. Each time, we were told the manager would call us back — but that never happened. It’s now May, and not only has the program still not started, but we’ve also received no refund and no real explanation for the delays. What’s worse is that our son has now missed several months of training because we were waiting for the academy to start as promised. The lack of communication and professionalism is extremely disappointing. Taking money from parents and failing to deliver the service — without even the courtesy of a proper update or refund — is completely unacceptable. This has been a frustrating and unfair experience. We trusted this academy with our child’s development and our money, and they’ve delivered nothing in return. We hope they improve their management and customer service, but for now, we absolutely do not recommend this academy.”View on Google

“Unprofessional, Unethical, Irresponsible, Incompetent and Definitely Not Suitable for Young children. This Shockingly horrible incident took place on 14.10.25 during a session organized for a mixed aged group of Home Educating Children. My 7 year old son was shouted at, humiliated and dragged across the court by “ Ikiaran Patrick” for kicking a Basketball while he waited with other kids for the session to begin. Ikiaran Patrick turned a 7 year old boy’s unintentional exploration into “An Act of Crime”, he intimated him, disrespected him in front of everyone at the court for not knowing the “ Difference between A Football and A Basketball “ This wasn’t enough, Ikiaran Patrick then took him across the court towards the parent waiting area making a scene and asking who the parents are, so he can complain “ How a 7 year old, is ignorant about this extremely important difference between two balls” My son bravely put on a “ I am okay face” and returned to the session. However, he was deeply impacted by the incident and eventually could not focus on the session. In the meantime, Ikiaran Patrick Arrogantly, Sarcastically argued with me about how what he did was right and I was wrong to object on his “ Teaching Style / Toxic approach in abusing his position and intimidating a young g child who was there to learn about Sports, something he isn’t born with.” Ikiaran Patrick Even went on Bragging how he holds a US Passport, he continued to sarcastically laugh, back talk and criticize a mother for not accepting his Offensive Behavior towards a 7 year old child. I was put in touch with Ms Isra to discuss the matter that did not lead to anything. I ended up leaving as my son refused to stay after the way he was treated by Ikiaran Patrick. Ms Isra somehow failed to comprehend, acknowledge or understand how wrong Ikiaran Patrick’s actions were from a professional, emotional, social, educational standpoint. She did not see the need to take an action against Ikiaran Patrick , so another child does not go through such unfortunate experience. She refused a refund saying if the incident occurred with the coach who was responsible for the session my son was attending, she may have considered a refund. Ikiaran Patrick Wasn’t even the coach responsible to take that session, yet he interfered while all the kids were waiting and exploring the court and equipments available. My son wasn’t the only one who “Kicked the Basketball “, yet he had to put up with the humiliating act that Ikiaran Patrick had no regrets about. The entire incident must be on camera, unless the academy deleted the footage. My son still remembers every detail of that incident and refuses to touch a basketball again or enter “ Impac sports Academy “ again. A US PASSPORT/ AN INTERNATIONAL DEGREE HOLDS NO SIGNIFICANCE, IF Ikiaran Patrick FAILS TO LEARN “ YELLING, PENALIZING, HUMILIATING A CHILD IS NOT A SIGN OF A GOOD TEACHER / COACH.”View on Google
