“Extremely disappointed. This is by far the most unorganized and unresponsive institution I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to get accurate information for months, and no one seems to care enough to provide a clear or honest answer. The dates they give are constantly changing or inconsistent, and most of the time, they don’t even respond at all. I’ve tried calling, emailing, and reaching out to instructors — nothing works. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. A place like this should be far more reliable and respectful to the people they serve. Honestly, this kind of management is unacceptable. I truly hope they take these reviews seriously and start improving how they communicate and operate.”
