“I’ve tried many Karate centres but never enjoyed as much as I enjoy here . The reason being , the teaching style of the senseis, their ability to break down a move in understandable steps and the fact that they push you which many other centres do not do with adults, whilst encouraging you to listen to the limits of your body. The class itself is a lot of fun too as there are many adults in the same age group (25-50 y)”
