“My child enjoys the swimming classes and the coaches are good and professional. However, the biggest issue is the lack of communication.The academy is not responsive to messages or queries and getting a timely update about schedules or changes is very difficult.They rarely communicate directly with parents, which makes it hard to stay informed about the child’s progress..Better communication and responsiveness would really improve the overall experience.”
