“Very good and training. IFK is an organization which comes under kyokushin karate which is a full contact karate founded by masutatsu oyama. It's one of the strongest and hardest style of karate . They have many branches across the globe and almost 10 branches in UAE itself. The coaches in this branch is very friendly.”
