“We were very unhappy with the attitude of the person handling appointments. Even though my little daughter was a regular swimming student, he insisted on payment before 1–2 classes were completed, and his behavior was quite rude and unprofessional. Because of this, we discontinued with them. We have now found a much better swimming place in JVC that is more affordable, and within just two classes we can already see significant improvement. Overall, a far better experience elsewhere.”
