“I visited the place on Monday 13.10.2025 with my family at Maleha road branch. When I entered the place, staff member greeted me and said straight away: “We also have a free parking”. Surprisingly I agreed. Because I’ve been in some places, where in public parking, “business” pays for customers cars, so they can enjoy their time. However, today I received a fine for parking at that place. Which I payed already. But I messaged on the WhatsApp number of the store, so they will be informed and educate the staff that you should not promise to customers free parking and leave it unpaid for customers responsibility. Well the person, who was chatting with me on the WhatsApp, without even investigating the situation, while they could possibly check the cameras and see what happened there, started blaming me that it’s my own responsibility for paying the parking fee. I agree with that. But I also trust people and business when they promise to do something whether it’s related to parking fee or any service. This is the difference where a Good business takes care of their customers and fulfill their promises. And Poor business, where they transfer all the responsibility to the customers. I am pretty sure they don’t care about my feedback. But I want to prevent other people to not trust what they say. Thank you”

“Beautiful vertual play area for kids, and it is unique and difficult to find like this spot .. the staffs are very polite and snack side is available for children .. 2 hours minimum 70 dhs per kid. Every Tuesday they have offer of 50% discount”
