“I had my first English assessment test at Berlitz, and Alhamdulillah, I passed it successfully on my first attempt. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Ms. Reemshehib, the examiner, was extremely kind, professional, and made the test environment very comfortable. She spoke gently and respectfully, which helped me feel relaxed during the interview. The Filipino front desk staff were also very polite, welcoming, and helpful. The test fee was 300 AED, and honestly, it is very reasonable for the professional service they provide. I’m very thankful to Berlitz and highly recommend them for English testing, especially for tour guide licensing. Thank you Berlitz, and thank you Ms. Reemshehib!”
