“Extremely poor customer support. From the beginning, communication was not great, but I gave it a chance as my son was excited for the trial. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. We were sent a Google Maps location that turned out to be incorrect. When we arrived, there was nothing there. I called for assistance, but instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly told it was in “Al Quoz Sports Complex” — which was not the address shared with me. When I asked if Lulu express was near by, I was told 10–15 minutes, which clearly indicates the wrong location was provided in the first place. The lack of accountability and effort to properly guide us was very disappointing, especially as this directly affected my son, who was really looking forward to it. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this club.”

“The facilities are great and court is big, however the fact that I have to pay 5aed for a small water bottle every time I go to the basketball court is unbelievable. People go there to exercise and therefore need lots of water. I complained about not having refillable water as it used to be available, but they just reply with saying it’s only for people with membership or staff, which makes no sense because my university pays to rent the court. Hope this improves.”
