“Worth the price!! We love it. However, we were disappointed with the delivery communication. We requested the bank transfer details and also asked for the parcel to be left in front of the door, but we did not receive any response. The parcel was delivered when we were not at home, and we were informed that a second delivery attempt would be charged. Because of this, we had to travel again from Muhaisnah 4 to Abu Hail just to receive the parcel. We hope communication and delivery coordination can be improved in the future.”
