“The ladies’ gym here is excellent. the classes are well organized and enjoyable. Both Captain Abda and Captain Manny are amazing coaches, and I really enjoy their classes. Captain Abda’s classes are perfect for beginners or anyone who prefers low-impact workouts and wants to focus on building strength and muscle. She is also so lovely and always ready to help, especially when it comes to guiding how to use the gym equipment properly.😍 Captain Manny’s classes are fun, energetic, and perfect for those who like combining cardio and weight training. She’s the kind of coach who will push you to do your best and never give up — her favorite quote could be “no pain, no gain.”😘 Both captains are very dedicated, supportive, and always willing to help. “The gym has lots of very good quality equipment and machines and it is quite clean. However, they should replace the roof lights with better quality ones and the gym should have plants inside. I would like to give special thanks to captain Abida for her services, she is a very experienced trainer”

“If you are fitness freak you will get a well equipped Gym, a good swimming pool and a decent pricing of annual membership. Deducting one star as swimming pool is most of the time occupied by trainers and learning kids. It has limited availability for rest of the members during routine hours. And if you wish to go for coaching its really expensive. You will hardly use pool as leisure. Deducting another star as Gym has only one trainer that too for 8 hours only. And he has some personal coaching too during those hours. Gym is good but you are almost all on your own to learn exercise in right way if you are a beginner. It closes at 11:00 PM. A time when some late returnees from office needs time to work out. And its always closed on Fridays when you have plenty of time to spend in gym. Recommend place if you know how to do exercise in proper way and not very enthusiastic about swimming. Annual membership is cheaper then equally equipped Gym at some other place.”

“The best place ever when it come to swimming training (from my experience) I met professional couches who cares about their trainees I have 2 boys who developed their swimming skills and they can compete at any time. Highly recommended if you want to put your kid in his first step to be a champion. Thank you for all couches who really care and helped my kids to improve.”
