“We celebrated our children’s birthday here today, and I am genuinely impressed by the attention to detail. The decoration was absolutely beautiful — everything looked spectacular. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. The entire party was so smooth and effortless because they took care of absolutely everything, allowing my husband, our guests, and myself to simply enjoy the moment without worrying about anything at all. Both the kids and the adults had a wonderful time. The entertainer did an amazing job, naturally involving the adults in the activities in such a fun and effortless way — never forced, just genuinely enjoyable. It created a beautiful atmosphere where everyone could participate, laugh, and share the experience together. Truly, everyone left with a lovely memory. The kids had an amazing time between the water activities and games, and as a parent, it gives you so much peace of mind knowing that there is always staff supervising, making sure the children are safe, following the rules, and truly enjoying themselves. The food was also excellent — fresh and delicious. Honestly, out of all the playground birthday parties we’ve experienced, I can confidently say this has been the best one. Five stars to the entire team — from the person welcoming you at the entrance to the one coordinating everything behind the scenes. Thank you so much for your help. This was truly something special, beautiful, and unforgettable.”

“I celebrated already for second time an event here with my children and it’s a perfect place for families with kids. The playground is super clean, safe, and very well managed, which makes parents feel relaxed while children enjoy themselves. One of the best family-friendly spots in Dubai for a fun and stress-free day out.”

“It's a very relaxing place coz a lots of trees and flowers and water park is so good for the family. After getting tired of playing and climbing those monkey bars, nets and slide you can play and relax on waterpark. The crews are so kind”

“I’m honestly quite disappointed with how my daughter Nya’s birthday party was handled on the 14th of February. Her real birthday was on the 6th of February, but because the venue was already fully booked, we had to celebrate a week later. My daughter was extremely excited and counted the days — it was supposed to be the best day for her. The games were supposed to start at 11:30am. However, even though not all the kids had arrived yet, we were rushed to begin because the planner said they had another party after ours. It didn’t feel right to start without everyone, especially when this was such an important day for my child. The entertainer was meant to run games for one full hour, but she only did about 15 minutes before moving all the kids to the piñata and then straight to food. After that, there was no proper structure — the kids were just left to play and do whatever they wanted. What was supposed to be a fun, organised celebration felt very short and rushed. The food was really nice and the decorations were beautiful, so I appreciate that part. The venue over all looked amazing! However, overall the party was not properly organised, even though there seemed to be plenty of staff. It lacked coordination and proper time management.”
