My son attended only one session and didn’t like it . They refused to refund , which is not acceptable . After fight they promised to refund , but I am waiting for 2 weeks and nothing . I don’t recommend . Additionally , they made us pay for the tournament which has taken place in an ugly football field without shadows and the coach could leave the field because the team didn’t play well .

Waste of time and money. Not professionally at all. Some of the coaches never play football ever.

What an incredible transformation this season! 👏 The difference compared to previous seasons has been remarkable. The organization, communication, training quality, and overall professionalism have all improved significantly. Most importantly, I’ve seen real progress in my son’s confidence, discipline, teamwork, and football skills. A huge thanks to Head Coach Lujs and all coaches behind Al Ahly Academy for the passion and dedication they put into developing the children not just as football players, but as young individuals with great values.

I am highly disappointed with the training at Al Ahly Academy. It has been a complete waste of time and money. The quality of coaching is very poor, and the kids are learning almost nothing from the way the sessions are conducted. If you are not satisfied, forget about getting a refund. Once they receive your payment, they refuse to refund it and start treating you disrespectfully. From the administration staff to the coaches, everyone is unprofessional. They lack basic communication skills, complaints are ignored, and there is no proper escalation process. Everyone simply tries to delay the matter and pass responsibility to someone else. During admission, we were told that there would be a maximum of 10 students per session. However, after paying the fees, we found that there were 15 to 18 students in each session. As a result, each child gets very little playing time and is active for only about 15 minutes during a one-hour class. I discussed this issue with the director several times and even provided video evidence showing that my son was standing idle and waiting for his turn instead of actively playing football. Despite this, no improvements were made and no action was taken. The director involved the head coach, but when I spoke to him, he abruptly ended the call after saying that I should have greeted him with "Good evening" first. Instead of focusing on improvements, they choose to blame a 4-year-old child. I also discussed the issue with Irshad and Amin at the ground and showed them how the children were standing idle while the coaches paid little attention to them. They initially acknowledged that my complaint was genuine, but later their attitude changed. It became clear that they lack proper planning and a structured system for training young football players. Please do not waste your money by sending your kids to this academy.
