“I can't say enough good things about Coach Ali and Coach Mohammed Taha! Coach Ali's patience is truly unmatched. Any other coach might have given up trying to keep Tobias calm, but Coach Ali has been incredible. Thanks to his support, Tobias is now excited for his lessons and making wonderful progress! As for Zachariah, Coach Mohammed Taha has been the perfect fit. He is firm yet fun, and Zachariah truly listens to him. They’ve connected and bonded in a way that has boosted Zachariah’s motivation and confidence. “I enrolled my two daughters in their swimming and gymnastics summer classes and paid AED 4,000 approx for 3 months, expecting a safe and professional program. What we experienced was a complete disaster: Racist and discriminatory behavior: They clearly prefer Arab kids and completely ignore or mistreat other nationalities. This is unacceptable in a country like the UAE that stands for equality. Swimming class is the WORST: No instructor seems to know what they are doing. They even throw 3-year-old kids directly into deep water, making them panic and fear swimming instead of learning. This is extremely dangerous and could lead to serious accidents. No qualified instructors: Most trainers lack proper teaching skills, and there is no structured learning process. Gymnastics is poorly managed: Instructors teach however they want, with zero consistency. Class timings change almost daily without notice, causing chaos for parents. Despite paying a high fee, the kids were not treated properly, not respected, and not safe. This is one of the worst experiences ever. Parents trust such programs for their children’s growth and safety, but this center is a serious risk to kids and a waste of money.”

“I was one of the very first parents to sign up my son at the Abtal Sports Academy in Nad Al Sheba, trusting they would follow through on their promises about transportation. I paid for four weeks, thinking everything was set. But just a few days before my son’s start date, I decided to check if everything was still in order – and that’s when I found out they totally lied! There was no transportation service at all, even though the staff had previously shown me files of other students signed up with it. The lady I spoke to was extremely unhelpful, and totally dishonest. She kept saying I hadn’t paid the bus fee, which is a lie because I told her I was told it could be paid later. The fact that I had to double-check just days before is unbelievable — their communication with parents is beyond terrible, it’s non-existent. Haven’t heard from the lady and had to call another branch to find a solution and get a refund. Now I’m scrambling to find another place for my son at the last minute, and all the early bird offers are gone! This place is a complete joke, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Totally untrustworthy and unprofessional!”
