“I initially enrolled in a one-month English course at Al-Qalmoun Language Institutes, paying 1,000 upfront. However, after making the payment, the institute kept delaying the start of my classes with no clear explanation. When I asked for a refund, they suggested I sign up for a three-month course instead, costing 3,000. After my father and I declined, they stopped responding to my calls and emails, effectively refusing to refund my payment. When I posted a review to share my experience, the institute responded by falsely claiming that I was not a student and denying any responsibility. This is a blatant attempt to mislead others, as I have clear proof of payment and communication with them regarding my course. Rather than addressing my concerns, they chose to discredit my complaint publicly. Their deceptive tactics and refusal to provide the services I paid for are deeply concerning. I urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this institute, as they seem more interested in avoiding accountability than delivering the quality service they claim to offer. If I could give them less than one star, I would.”

“As a mother, I am deeply disappointed and concerned by the way Al-Qalmoun Language Institutes treated my child. After we refused, the institute stopped responding to our calls and emails, essentially disappearing after taking our money. What’s even more troubling is their response to my child’s review. Instead of addressing the issue, they falsely claimed that my child was never a student there, despite clear proof of payment. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but misleading to potential students and parents. I strongly urge others to reconsider enrolling here. This institute seems more interested in taking money than delivering the educational services they promise. If I could rate them below one star, I certainly would.”

“The place was amazing, it was extremely clean and neat. I recently signed up both my kids here and it was affordable and amazing. I was able to see a difference with my kids English in just 2 weeks. The staff and management were very kind and helpful to us and they explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this place to others.”

“10/10. I signed up here about 2 months ago and it took my english to another level. They teach in a way where I am very engaged and interested. They taught me so much and I am always excited to go. The management and employees are also amazing they are very nice and they answer any questions you might have. Best english institute in the UAE!!!!”
